Is There a Right Set of Habits?
i'm i am also a failed meditator. I believe in it, but it didn't work for me. There is no right set of habits we should all have. We need to make choices around what feels right and what feels like its moving us towards where we're trying to get to. If the alarm goes off and i'm not happy about it, that probably means that i did something the day before to cause that to be true. And so i want to address that and figure out how to changed my life to insure that the corps habits that matter most to me are getting done every day.
