The Effects of Nature on Cognitive Performance

There have been empirical studies into the effects of exposure to nature on mental health and cognitive performance, o not just physiological like we already mentioned. Some studies have found that immersion in or interaction with nature, gives a sort of time dependent power up to some forms of cognition. And another common finding seems to be that spending time in nat may improve our ability to block out distracting stimuli or unnecessary information when we're trying to focus.
