Russia and OPEC Plus - What's Your Perspective?

Saudi Arabia and the UAE have consistently said that Russia is a key member of OPEC Plus, an important partner. I wonder what you think about how this changes Moscow's attitude towards OPEC Plus. Is there some potential for tensions between Russia and other OPEC Plus members in the future? Because they're all going to be competing for market share in Asia.
