The Podcast Is Taking It Seriously

Brad: I think we're doing all right with the podcast. We don't take ourselves too seriously. Perhaps that's why true novelty or what I'm going to call true novelty is doing like having an experience that really like kind of jolt you out of your zone of comfortable competence. Fake novelty is reading 19 articles on the internet staying up to date on all the latest good Twitter threads, so on and so forth. So my advice to you would be to just kind of sit in the comfortable competent zone until that baby is born and you'll have a year's worth of novelty more in the first few weeks than you could ever imagine.
