After introducing a 15 dollar minimum wage in two thousand 18, amazon has now been raising its average starting wage to 18 dollars. It will cover the entire future college tuition cost of its workers and it has also been adding several new and unfree internal up skilling programms. So it's clear that amanzon understands how to boe its employees. But just like you said, stephen, it just needs, just needs to learn how to treat them better as well.
