The Importance of European Civilization

I was walking around South Kent, the Imperial Center of London. The idea that if you look at all the British Empire are echoes to something like the Greeks and the Romans,. It's the same colonnaded stuff. And it's this idea that we've convinced ourselves as Europeans  that there is a direct line through Western civilization. We forget that we're a tiny minority to export their ideas but also to rape and pillage the rest of the world.
