The first meeting around a thematic goal is one of those ad hoc strategic meetings that we talk about in your book, which is invention and discernment. And so basically what the realization that you had in that moment where Tracy said we're still in the ID loop is, oh, boy, I still am responsible and on the hook for continuing to help discus and invent around that. It really is incredibly clarifying.
