Do Pattern Interrupts When You Get Into Those Shame Spirals
Kendra: I think a lot of the times we'll be able to catch ourselves when we get into that shame spiral. The thing, and you guys hear me tell this a lot, is to do a pattern interrupt. Go for a walk, call a friend, something along those lines,. But do something that'll take you out of that thinking so you don't get too far stuck in it.
