How to Teach Different Scenarios to Different Grades

There's always an opportunity to teach the same scenario in a different way to colleagues of different grades, as in you can tailor your questions differently. So there's like effective questioning where you might start with some basic principles with the more junior staff and then go on to that higher order thinking with the more senior staff. We were talking about it the other day where you said, you know, get everyone together at the beginning and then if there's some cases that you're just your juniors or medical students want to see, you can highlight them throughout the shift. And I guess via this teaching, you could also help them simultaneously work on their portfolio.
