The Problem With Commission Only Doesn't Work

If if someone needs to make full time livelihood in is her full time job, commission only does not work. All our full time employees have a base salary plus a small commission. A better sales wrap could be worth two to three times somebody average or below and that's really for anny role but specifically on the sale.
