The monthly 'Show Growing Committee' returns, as chairman Joe Marler receives a progress report from his team about how the podcast world domination is going. Tom has updates from some of our listeners regarding their show growing efforts, as well as some handy voice notes up his sleeve containing useful guest ideas. Ryan still hasn't had any luck with Barry from Eastenders, but has high hopes to book Michelle Obama, Greta Thumberg or a builder called Robbie on the show.
