How to Make Your Cow Side Time Efficient
We timed everything out across our team. Then we sat down and decided, you know, where are our goals across the farm here? How do we want to be efficient? And after we went through that entire process in finding the ways that we could work better, it was we went straight back to that dynamic when we added the last 12 robots. We rerouted our team so that we were able bodies in the right places at all times. So really just keeping those, those core times being very effective in how we touch cows and then monitoring the data to know when. When we were being too much or when a process was taking too long.
