What's the Best Way to Measure Unmeant Needs?
If i have a hundred possible needs that i want to rank in order of importance, the absolute way to do that would be to use purewise comparison. The actual trade offs come in solution space much later. Ono our general rule is we don't make trade offs in need space or problem space. We're going, we're going to make trade offed in solution space. And so then we can highlight those 60 plus unmeant needs and figure it where we need to go, focus to great value.
