FTX vs Traditional Lines of Financing?
Twitter and other social media companies have been criticized for lending to one another rather than securing traditional avenues of financing. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey says it was a "necessity" that they were doing so, but he doesn't know if there's any real fraud behind the loans or not. The crypto world is very decentralization with no operations underlying it, which makes it hard to loan against; you can't make an investment based on its value.
