He talked about how if you're using it as prophylaxis, so every other day and you have a headache, you can then just take it as an abortive and then sort of reset your cycle. Paul: If you don't feel comfortable prescribing these yourself, at least try resitriptan, narrow tryptan or sumatriptan before you send the patient to get them these newer agents covered.
