One practical tip that Dr. Weber gave about one of the newer agents is the Remijapant and Matt, correct me if I'm wrong. He talked about how if you're using it as prophylaxis, so every other day and you have a headache, you can then just take it as an abortive and then sort of reset your cycle. Paul: If you don't feel comfortable prescribing these yourself, at least try resitriptan, narrow tryptan or sumatriptan before you send the patient to get them these newer agents covered.
