I remember times in my career where I went through an interview and I walked out like they're not gonna offer me the job. If you don't get offered a job at the end it might be because this company and this role is not right for you Not the other way round. How do you make people feel confident in their own skills so they can put their best foot forward yeah that's definitely a tougher one to answer.

So, you finally took that recruiter's call, and then you made it through the initial phone screen. You weren't really expecting that to happen, but now you're facing an actual interview!
