The UFO on a Sitcom
Temptation is about our relationship to horrific images, and how they can be exciting as well as harmful. The movie examplors some of which are better than others - but i think that was my first take on it. There's this whole element of not looking at it, not kind of making eye contact with it,. It mirrors like the horse at its beginning being spooked by seeing its own image. And all of this kind of connects to an idea it's exploring a little bit: or attachment to spectacle, but also horror.
