After eight years of being in the total darkness about what I needed to do to improve my mental health. Cynthia was able to try on a continuous glucose monitor as part of an internal research pilot that was happening at her company. She learned that many people without diabetes also can have irregular blood sugar levels. This could lead to many different symptoms from brain fog to more depression or anxiety symptoms, fertility fertility issues and poor sleep.
