The Importance of Facilitating in a Room
The best design work is where the user needs and the business needs completely overlap. No one's going to be like, get out of my lane product manager. Like those people just need to get in a room together with whoever is facilitating it. And so then, as if we all kind of learn or at least learn how to cooperate within this process of discovery and identification than I think we all do better work for our customers.
