The Benefits of Core Exercises in Meditation

In my early meditative practice I think that's what I was missing was the body. The more you're moving things around getting the blood moving the digestion improves and so forth. And it seems to me totally as if it comes and goes and flows not because of this meditative practice on its own, but because things are open. There, like it'll just all of a sudden come on as if I've taken acid or something and it's just like blooming all of a suddenly.
