Bookstores in the States?

In the US, you can find lewis and tolkeen books under the section local interest ther in oxford. Thrift stores often don't know the value of what they have because they're just opening boxes of things that are just there. No book store when your collecting is too small. When you talk about little mom and pop book bookshops, i keep hoping to find clive hamilton a in a little bookshop for two dollars and 50 cents.
