Most of us are in pursuit of building muscle and or burning body fat, having a lean, fit physique. Soreness would be akin to a sunburn. If you keep going out and getting sunburnd yu're just creating too much damage for your body. And so that also fects my movement and calory burn for the day too. So i do want to be clear, you're going to get sore when you change workouts. It's hard for you to judge the intensity.
