Punishment Is Not About Reforming People

Punishment is not about reforming people. There's no guilt here. In fact, you know, as he knows, punishing someone is just likely to make them harder. It doesn't make them i don't think he thinks there's any y guilt, or very few people are actually feeling here. Guilt is a result of hierarchy. You do have the powerful running around subjugating the weak. But at a certain point, though, i think rasantoma is another layer on top of bad conscience. It's even worse. At the point where you get revenge, you get rozontima. And once your aggression gets turned inwards, then you're talking about guilt.
