Without good paying jobs for everyone, including those who are at the poorest 50 % of the population, that probably slows family formation. It also loops a little back into what we were talking about in the first half of the programme,. which is that there's a theory tathere's a matching problem. And so if you don't have access to good paying jobs, that makes it difficult for people to match um with one another and get into these long term relationships.
