meditation is one of those things that i fee l everyone has tried, but very few people stick with and make it a daily practice. Our minds were not meant to be calm. That's something af evolution really did not equip us for an we meditate. Even experienced meditators take at least 20 minutes for their minds to settle down. With eacon meditation, we've been able to shorten it to about five minutes for most people. S some of them are unremitted. But again, if you spend, say, so you say, say stake n aside and spend 30 minutes of meditation. If it takes you 25 minutes to calm your mind, youv on y got five minutes
