How Do You Learn Product Management in Three Months?

I always try to tell people learn as little as you can from theory so you can run an experiment with it in practice. So like, let's say you want to learn how to estimate features and now you're learning about the rice. How do we get to this now? I just think that people don't need to over-complicate things before they can actually start learning about them. It's not a question about right or wrong.
