If you have a 220 volt outlet in your garage even if it's only like 20 amps or 15 amps, that's great That's all you will need. If you want to have a regular like 110 volt 15 amp circuit You can do it on that. Charging a full Tesla from empty on 110 I think take something like a week But you're never usually charging it from empty at your house and so unless you have a very long commute even a 110 outlet keeps up with most people's needs just fine. And then the final thing that you can't really avoid is because they weigh so much It damages the road more than any other car.
