The Importance of Multilingual Research Teams

One of the problems I've been trying to work out is as we work in civic spaces in the US we really need to have multilingual research teams. So if we had a whole team doing Spanish interviews and a whole team do English interviews, my hypothesis right now is that the Spanish team should do Spanish language synthesis because there's a lot of richness in the language. The English team should do English and then they should come together. That's how there's so much going on in language and culture connected to that.
