The Biden Administration's Response to the Phone Call in Georgia
President Donald Trump called Georgia Secretary of State Chuck Raffensberger to ask if there were in excess of 10,000 votes that were counted illegally. The White House says the call was not an obstruction of federal government but a request for state officials to do their jobs properly. A Supreme Court ruling is expected later this year on whether President Obama can be charged with obstructing justice because he took action while as president. If we lose the First Amendment rights, then heaven forbid we lose the right to freedom and to press, Mr. Priebus said.
