On-Demand Labor - What's It All About?
On-demand labor is, I mean, I work for a variable that's sort of what we offer. We're trying to give those operations leaders the tools and the resources that they need to be able to do their job. So this marketplace helps facilitate sort of that matchmaking. Businesses are looking at the different operators, the skills where they've worked. It's basically shows them a blue colored LinkedIn resume and businesses will select those operators.
