In 2011, we had the first apartment get trashed in San Francisco. And it was a wake up moment for us. Ever since then, trust and safety has been the most important part of Airbnb and our platform. We implemented about 40 new features to improve trust on our platform. A lot of those are still around today with major improvements, including our host guarantee.
