The Despatch Function in Airline Operations Is an Important Position
No human looked at it and thought, was the weather going to be good there too? Or could we do another airport that's also in the area, one's double chan. It just kind of gets printed and forgotten. You cannot make an excuse for that. They sent them on this flight without thinking about how it was going to be impossible for them to land when they got there. So the airline just messed this up, is what they're getting at. They they didn't take the weather into account at all. And they set them up for failure. The nt s b believes that these deficiencies may have effected the performance of the flight crew during the flight.
