Mental Health Problems

In order for a society to function properly and run smoothly, the individuals of that society need to be mentally healthy. There are clear links to increased crime, more drug abuse, more violence, less productivity, higher costs in general when mental health suffers. Mental disorders are on the rise in every country in the world, and will cost the global economy an estimated 16 trillion by 20 30. We talked about drug abus substance abuse and how that can be both a cause and an outcome of mental health problems.
