Using a Calorie Calculator Isn't a Good Idea

The current generation of activity trackers cannot really give you a number or a calorie target that you have a high level of confidence in. There's just too much error to rely on it for that specific purpose, in my opinion. A third major source of error is using a fairly generic calorie calculator. They're better than just using a one size fits all number.
