Turning of the Hearts

The whole earth would be wasted because everyone is a sinner. This is one reason why the Savior has to wait before He comes until we are ready for Him. And they also add in 3rd Nephi that they will turn to the fathers and then the verse 3 reads, if it were not so, the whole earthwould be utterly wasted at his coming. We all need the atoning sacrifice of our Savior and through our temple covenants the whole earth is going to be made whole.
