Let go of the utopian ideal and let your plan actually be adaptable to your lived experience. If another person is very resource constrained, maybe has multiple family members or friends relying on them for support; you cannot set a schedule around them. The plan is going to need to be different to accommodate ability resources, banned with life circumstances,. fold all of those in.
