What Is a Technology Priority Program?

A technology priority program or TPP is something that may supersede what any individual team is trying to do from within their own planning, depending on its criticality. And a TPP will be composed of several different work streams that are like approved by the folks who are running it. It sounds like most of the direction is coming from the top and heading down as opposed to starting at the teams and then staying there. That is sometimes true. Sometimes individual contributors identify work that is of sufficient importance that it then sort of flows all the way back up and then comes all-way back down.
