The Big Bang and the Edge of the Universe
We can see equally far back and out in every direction till we hit a wall of cosmic microwave background radiation, that surface of last scatter. This is literally a spherical shell around our planet that is expanding constantly out from us. We are not the center of the universe. Some folks would say that there's no space beyond that edge, that might be the case, but there's no evidence for that.
