Are We So Stuck in Our Conventional Maps That We Don't See the Positive?

I think that we are programmed and have been by thousands of years of experience to constantly scan for threat. That's how the brain works. We know from science that if a negative stimulus is manifest it will hold our attention. So I think that we make those conventional assumptions because they're very accurate. Unless we do work the contrary which I call leadership then the organization drifts towards the negative. In terms of flourishing positive stimuli are much more powerful than negative stimuli but it means overcoming natural fear.
