The Value of Role Playing in Decision Making

The value of role playing isn't even in the results. Anytime you can be in a situation where you're making decisions and getting experience out of it, you're going to get better at it. That's why we do a lot of role playing. I watch people all the time. It totally improved as leaders because put them through a role play scenario as a leader. And people are exponentially better at handling situations.
