How to Communicate in Transition
We try to use simple terms and each other's names as much as possible, so that way there is no indecision. It's very clear if you're talking to shawn, and shawn hears his name, it's easier for him to react then leaving it up to,. i thought you were talking to him, or whomever it may be. And the the times that we're not able to communicate that a pindown's coming, whatever it may be, or, you know, dam pindowns come and lock et trayl get to his body.
