We assume that if i'm goig to spend a hundred thousand dollars we have to make a brutal decision and say, look, iti gives people an extra month af life, and sorry, you just don't get it. It's not worth it. There's thes we should be brutal id also be almost unpalatable. And that's why discussing end of life care was branded as a death panel.
