The Differences Between 440 and 432 Hertz

Rudy: Music tune to 440 generally tends to have more tension than the 432. I noticed it the most when I'm doing open chords and things like that. So Rudy is 440 the devil. What's your view of the implementation between 432 and 440, describing it in a way that makes sense to the average non musician?
