The Different Types of Trans Discourse in Britain

The trans discourse is overwhelmingly right-wing in the United States, but quite different in Britain. The perverse incentives of our health care system are different. There are breaks on just crazy, crazy experimental treatments in the British model which aren't there in the American one. America also has a long history of doing deranged things to people's endocrine and sexual reproductive systems.
