The Importance of Diversity in AI
Women in tech are also underrepresented. When it comes to AI, I think it's even more risky because AI is really changing everything we know. So basically we're designing a new AI world and we need everybody to be active in this design. And women, of course, is only one aspect of the whole diversity we need. This is going to be even more important in the future than programming and coding. It's empathy, self-regulation, self-reflection, social interaction.
