They say there are a lot of different resources in the deep sea bed - copper, nickel, zinc, lead, manganese, cobalt, lithium, atrium, diamonds, platinum, gold, and silver. But they also point out some trade-offs when we think about where we're going to get these resources as inputs for new technologies.
