i think that i have a little bit of special roe at porify because i leve both engineeringand and product, which is not supercommon at porify. For me, it's really done about findingt the dynamics. I'm trying to se paint a long term picture where i want to go and then finding the right mix of people that cant help get along go there. It's alot about creating trust. And it's an industry thares under immen's change. So, e, it's important to be ampathetic about that, that people we work closely with, or arein industry with a lot of change.
