The Immensity of Health Justice
The British National Health Service is not a socialist island within a capitalist state. Despite having socialized medicine, these social democracies are still at their heart imperialist and capitalist states. We understand health insurance companies as financial institutions that are concerned only with payments for services rendered. And the point is to go beyond equitable distribution within one country's boundaries.
