The Importance of Self-Assessments in the Design Industry
I've seen or and I've even worked in two big companies that are just introducing this kind of not necessarily self-assessments like you you framed them but there are assessments as to what you are able to do. In both the big companies I've worked so far as a designer they've introduced a way of building career ladders based on your skills and capabilities which I think is the right thing to do. We need to start thinking more about marketing persona versus UX persona it really makes a huge difference.
