The European Investment Bank Launches Fund to Invest in European Tech

The European Investment Bank and the governments of Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Belgium are all banding together to launch a new fund to invest in European tech. Europe hasn't historically been a huge center for edtech but some companies like Kahoot have done well here.
